Baume & Mercier Scarab "Golden Nipples" in a near mint condition. A case looking like it left the factory yesterday, matching sound of the beautifully finished movement and the star of it all; the insane dial with “Golden Nipple” indexes. Possible made by Stern Frères (the current owners of Patek Philippe).

Made in the 1930’s in a very limited production or maybe even a piece unique. An outspoken 27 mm scarab case (a case nick name for big outspoken lugs, sometimes moving independently of the watch case, that resemble a “scarab”). While it isn’t a “big” watch it wears larger on the wrist with the long and outspoken lugs. A watch that’s walking a fine line between watch and jewelry.

To sum things up. A men’s watch with jewelry aesthetic, possibly unique or extremely limited , high end parts and finishing from a well established Swiss manufacture. What more could you ask for?
